Fees
Attorney fees and actual expenses
Fees can be divided into two types: "attorney fees" and “actual costs”.
Attorney fees correspond to the time devoted to the study of your file as well as interventions before the courts during litigation.
The amount of the attorney fee varies with the nature, the difficulty and the time it will take on your case.
A supplementary fee may be considered depending on the chosen procedure and the result.
Also, please note that if your case requires a business trip, daily costs calculated per diem may be added.
Actual expenses represent the total expenditures in the workplace, such as court expenses (stamps, photocopies, deposit money, postage) and transportation costs.
Hourly rates and calculation of time spent on your case
The total amount of fees will be based on procedures performed and time spent for each of them. These will be recorded in a record time, allowing you to be informed accurately applied the hourly rate and the time spent on your case.
The hourly rate is ¥ 33,000 (including tax) with a possible variation depending on the complexity of your case.
Billing method
Upon the end of the first appointment, Mr. Suda will present you two billing modes: hourly rate or fixed amount fee. Wherever possible, the expected amount of the fees will be communicated.
On the basis of the result, a supplementary fee calculated as a percentage may be requested.
